Who we are
‍BENOMA Uniforms is a school uniform manufacturer based in Iringa, Tanzania. We make and supply school uniforms to primary and secondary schools across Tanzania.

‍Placing an order
‍To place an order, fill in our free quote form on this website or contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp. We will send you a full price quote within 24 hours. Your order is only confirmed once you have agreed to the quote and made your advance payment.

‍Payment
‍We require an advance payment before we begin making your order. Payment is made by bank transfer. For new clients and bulk orders, full payment in advance is required. We will confirm payment details when we send your quote.

‍Pricing
‍All prices are quoted in Tanzanian Shillings. Prices may vary depending on the product, fabric, quantity and any custom requirements such as school colours or logos. A 10% discount applies to all orders of 10 items or more.

‍Delivery
‍We deliver to most regions across Tanzania. Delivery within Iringa is free. A delivery charge applies for orders outside Iringa. We will confirm the delivery charge and estimated delivery date in your quote. Most orders are completed and delivered within one week, depending on size and quantity.A minimum order of 10 items is required for delivery.

‍Custom designs
‍We can make uniforms in your school colours and add your school logo. Custom design requirements must be confirmed at the time of ordering. A minimum order of 10 items applies for custom designs.

‍Returns & refunds
‍If you are unhappy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in their original condition. We will either replace the items or give you a full refund. Items that have been used, washed or damaged cannot be returned.Shoes are supplied from external suppliers and may have different return conditions. Please contact us for details.

‍Changes to your order
‍Once an order has been confirmed and payment made, changes may not always be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes and we will do our best to help.

‍Our liability
‍We are not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including transport disruptions or supplier issues. We will always contact you as soon as possible if there is a delay with your order.
